Cancellation Policy

No Right of Withdrawal for Resellers

Our offers are exclusively directed at commercial customers and resellers. Therefore, a right of withdrawal for consumers according to § 355 BGB does not apply.

No Return Policy

Since our goods are intended solely for commercial use, the return or exchange of ordered products is generally excluded.

Exceptions to the No Return Policy

Returns are only accepted in justified exceptional cases and by individual agreement. If goods are delivered defective or faulty, an inspection will be carried out, and, if necessary, a replacement delivery or rectification will be made within the framework of the statutory warranty.

Warranty and Defect Notification

If a delivered product has defects, we kindly ask for prompt written notification, including the order number and a detailed description of the defect. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will contact you as soon as possible.
